WHAT TO EXPECT
What to Expect
When you work with CASA Home Staging, you have my full attention. No multitasking, no distractions—just a dedicated focus on your home and achieving the best possible results.
I combine proven sales strategies with buyer psychology to create spaces that not only look beautiful, but also connect emotionally with potential buyers.
For vacant staging, I provide all furniture, accessories, and décor needed to bring your listing to life. For occupied homes, I thoughtfully enhance your existing space, supplementing with additional pieces as needed to elevate the overall look.
Staging is not interior design or decorating; it is a strategic process focused on appealing to a wide range of buyers. The goal is to present your home in its best light for MLS photos, open houses, and showings, helping it stand out in a competitive market.
The Consultation
Our consultation takes place at your home, where I will walk through each room with you, providing clear, actionable guidance on what should be updated or improved.
You will receive a detailed, room-by-room report and checklist to ensure your home is fully prepared for staging and the market.
The Stage
I will coordinate and install all necessary furniture and décor to transform your space. You do not need to be present—just provide access to the home.
The staging is typically completed in one day, followed by a final walkthrough to review the finished look.
The Sale
Once your home sells, we will schedule a de-staging appointment with at least 7 days’ notice.
I will return to remove all staging furniture and décor, completing the process seamlessly.
