You are my sole focus whenever I am working on your project. No multi-tasking, no sidetracking. Just you. That's simply how I believe my clients deserve to be treated.

  • I implement both sales and psychological tactics when consulting with you or staging your listing.

  • I will provide all home accessories and decor for your listing, and I will supplement any needed items for your occupied listings as I see fit

  • Home staging is not interior design or interior decorating and is not based on personal color or style preferences. My goal is to make your listing look amazing during open houses, walk-throughs, and MLS photo shoots in a way that appeals to a wide variety of potential buyers.

The Consultation Our consultation will take place at your listing. I will walk room by room with you giving verbal direction on what needs to be done in each room. I will follow up with a detailed room by room report/checklist to ensure their home is ready to sell and stage.

The Stage I will deliver all furniture and decor as necessary to the location of the listing. You don't need to be present, but you do need to give us access to the house. I will complete the stage in one day and will walk through it with you upon completion.


The Sale Once your listing has sold, you will need to schedule a de-stage day with us. With a 7-day minimum notice. I will return to your listing and remove all our decor and furniture.
