Meet RaAnne Gingrich, The Heart Behind CASA Home Staging
Hi, I’m RaAnne Gingrich, founder of CASA Home Staging and Redesign. Originally from California, I’ve called Pittsburgh home for over a decade—and I’ve grown to love its vibrant neighborhoods, changing seasons, and welcoming community.
With over 15 years of experience as a business administrator in commercial architecture and design, I’ve developed a deep understanding of design principles and project management. During my time in Pittsburgh, I’ve bought and sold four homes—all of which sold in under five days, with multiple offers and above asking price. Realtors and buyers consistently praised my decorating style, with some even asking to purchase the homes fully furnished.
What began as a personal passion, rearranging furniture and refreshing décor during Pittsburgh’s quieter winter months, soon evolved into something more. Friends began reaching out for help with their own homes, whether they were preparing to move, getting ready to sell, or simply looking for a fresh perspective.
Inspired by my grandmother’s home—a place filled with warmth, love, and character—I launched CASA Home Staging. “Casa,” the Spanish word for home, reflects my belief that every space should feel comfortable, inviting, and thoughtfully designed to reflect those who live there.
