Originally from California, RaAnne has proudly called Pittsburgh home for over a decade—embracing its vibrant neighborhoods, distinct seasons, and strong sense of community.
With more than 15 years of experience as a business administrator in commercial architecture and design, RaAnne brings a unique blend of design insight and project management expertise to every space she touches. Her eye for detail and ability to create inviting, market-ready interiors is not just professional—it’s personal. Having bought and sold four homes in Pittsburgh, each selling in days with multiple offers and above asking price, RaAnne has proven firsthand the impact that thoughtful presentation can have. Her staging style has consistently impressed both realtors and buyers, with some even requesting to purchase homes fully furnished.
What began as a personal passion—refreshing and rearranging spaces during Pittsburgh’s winter months—quickly grew into a sought-after service. Friends and clients turned to RaAnne for help preparing their homes for sale, moving into new spaces, or simply creating a fresh look.
Inspired by her grandmother’s warm and welcoming home, RaAnne founded CASA Home Staging. “Casa,” the Spanish word for home, reflects her belief that every space should feel comfortable, inviting, and thoughtfully designed to reflect those who live there.
