A little about me, my name is RaAnne Gingrich, I am a California native, recently relocated to Pittsburgh. Over the last nine years, I have completely fallen in love with the area and its surroundings—the people, the seasons and the aesthetics of all the beautiful neighborhoods. With 15 years of experience as a business administrator in Commercial Architectural and Design , I have become familiar with the design environment, concepts and processes.

 

During my time in Pittsburgh, I have bought and sold 3 homes both selling in under 5 days with multiple offers maximizing the sales price to exceed asking price. While my houses were on the market, I constantly would receive compliments on my decorating style from realtors and buyers—even asking to buy the house furnished.

 

Adjusting to the hibernating winter months, I found myself constantly rearranging my furniture and décor on a consistent basis. Soon friends reached out to help them re-fresh their interior décor for their current homes, new homes and those that are ready to sell. (Did I mention one of these homes sold within 24 hours?)

 

After much inspiration, I decided to start CASA Home Staging and Redesign. The name CASA, which is the Spanish term for home, was inspired by my grandmother’s house. A place I called home, a place that was comfortable and safe, a place filled with life and love not only through my family that lived but through the décor, the pictures, and character of the house itself.

 

With that beginning said, I believe the staging process should be one that you feel comfortable and confident while designing or redesigning your space—a journey to your ideal home.
